We can tailor a one week course focused on traditional local cuisine and 

wines. Taught by a local celebrity chef, your group will learn the techniques as well as how to prepare Umbrian recipes using local ingredients.  Afternoon excursions to local wineries for wine and olive oil tastings and dinners at local restaurants complete the gastronomical experience.
